A few updates from France under lockdown...

French Girl Daily

Bonjour everyone,

It’s been a while since I’ve sent a newsletter but I figured with the seemingly worldwide quarantine going on, now would be a good time to catch up! How are you??

Personally, I debated going back to my family in the US but in the end, I decided to weather out the storm from here in Paris. It’s been interesting to see this virus unfold the last few months, to say the least. I was supposed to attend the agnès b. fashion show in early March, and when it was cancelled I chalked it up to overly precautionary measures. Of course, things went downhill from there and it wasn’t until last week that I heard the rumors that Macron would put France into a complete quarantine. I think this virus took us all by surprise even though it was always there in the background!

Since Monday I’ve been staying at home, even though our official lockdown began on Tuesday at Noon. I think we all know it’s easy to find bad news everywhere, so I’ll share with you a few pieces of good news:

Not bad right? It’s beautiful to see people coming together in these uncertain times.

I’m going to be creating a lot more content for you guys once this confinement is over as spring, summer, and fall are typically my busiest months for events and collaborations!

In the meantime, here are the noteworthy articles I’ve published since my last email newsletter, in case you missed them. Click the image to read the article.
